OCP is a Moroccan company created in 1920 to extract and mine Moroccan phosphate. Their operations now cover the entire fertilizer value chain.

Before launching the learning program OCP Digital Academy, the company wanted to assess the digital maturity of their top managers. Learn Assembly helped them design and launch self-assessment surveys to assess their teams’ levels on skills like digital tools and Industry 4.0.

Crédit-Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne – Le Connecteur

  • The company

Funded by Crédit Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne, Le Connecteur was born with a conviction: we should all be able to work and learn from where we want to live. It is a co-working space wich organizes events, learning programs and seminars. Their goal: is to reflect on the balance between personal and professional lives as well as creating value for your own business and for the development of the regions.

For their launch, Le Connecteur asked Learn Assembly to send a self-assessment survey to the CEOs of companies located in the Pyrenees, Gascogne region, in order to assess their management skills.
